NOTICE OF AMENDMENT NO.13 TO LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME No.7

The Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup has resolved to amend Local Planning Scheme No.7 and public comments are invited:

Proposal:

Council has resolved to initiate and advertise the abovementioned amendment to its local planning scheme at its Ordinary Council Meeting 28 August 2019.  The amendment seeks to introduce an additional use “Industry Light” to Lot 176 South Western Highway, Donnybrook.

The amendment is being advertised for 42 days, closing on Thursday 12 December 2019.
