Trading in public places, including on Shire owned or managed land and at events, can help activate public spaces and support tourism.
Permits are required for all trading in accordance with the Shire's Activities on Thoroughfares and Trading in Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law 2000. To apply for a Permit, please complete the relevant Traders Permit Application and lodge with all required attachments to the Shire at least two (2) weeks prior to proposed trading. Fees apply.
