Staying in Place Donnybrook

Your care, your way - delivered locally in partnership with the Donnybrook Community Resource Centre (DCRC)

About Staying in Place Donnybrook

Staying in Place Donnybrook helps older people stay living safely and comfortably at home, supported by people who know the community. Delivered in partnership between Staying in Place Busselton (SIPB) and the Donnybrook Community Resource Centre (DCRC), we help you make sense of the Support at Home program and ensure your care reflects your needs, values, and lifestyle. We work alongside two trusted providers — InCasa Aged Care and Community Services, and HomeMade Community Partnerships — giving you real choice in how your support is delivered.

What We Do

  • Help you understand Support at Home and your funding
  • Assist with care planning and budgeting
  • Coordinate support workers and services
  • Connect you with local, independent care workers
  • Support social connection, independence and wellbeing
  • Link you to palliative and end-of-life supports if needed

Why Choose a Community Model?

A community model means your care is guided by people who know your town, understand local needs, and can respond quickly when life changes. It keeps your funding local and strengthens community services, support networks, and volunteering.

Your Provider Options

  • InCasa Aged Care and Community Services – personalised home care and support.
  • HomeMade Community Partnerships – flexible, locally coordinated services with strong safeguards.
