Please note that the Preston River walkway between Minninup Cottages and Langley Villas is currently closed. This is due to an escaped burn, which had compromised several trees in the area. Emergency tape is marking the affected area and works are underway for the walkway to be reopened by the end of the day (Monday 16 September).
Please note that if necessary, the closure may extend to tomorrow (Tuesday 17 September). Further updates will be provided when they become available - you can stay up to date by following the Shire on social media or by visiting our website to view all latest news and notices.
