Annual General Meeting of Electors (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that the next Shire of Donnybrook Balingup AGM is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 4 February 2026, commencing at 3:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Council Chamber in Donnybrook (1 Bentley St) and will also be available to watch online via livestream.

At the AGM, the contents of the 2024-2025 Annual Report are to be discussed first, followed by any other general business, per section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995.

The Shire also gives notice that the 2024-2025 Annual Report was adopted by Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting held 17 December 2025, and is available to view online. A physical copy of the 2024-2025 Annual Report can also be viewed in person at the Shire Administration Office.
