The Department of Fire & Emergency Services (DFES) and the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup will be conducting a prescribed burn in Mullalyup on Thursday 10 October, 2024.

The area is approximately 10 hectares in size, and is located to the south-west of the Mullalyup townsite - please refer to the map below.

The burn is expected to commence at 10:00am and completed by 5:00pm, however please note that these times may vary and are dependent on weather conditions. Following the conclusion of the burn, emergency services will be in the area and conducting patrols over the coming weeks.
