You said that 3pm Council meetings weren't working, so we're doing something about it - our monthly Agenda Briefings and Council Meetings will be returning to a 5pm start time from April (no other details have changed).

While Council isn't required to pass any resolutions at a meeting to reschedule meetings, a formal item will be raised at the April OCM to recognise and implement this update. Details for our April meetings are as follows:

• Agenda Briefing Session (ABS) - Wednesday 15 Apr. 2026, starting at 5:00pm
• Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM) - Wednesday 22 Apr. 2026, starting at 5:00pm

These meetings will be held at the Council Chambers (1 Bentley Street, Donnybrook) and are open to the public - join us in person or tune in online
