Community Information Sessions: Heritage Framework Review

Published on Wednesday, 29 June 2022 at 3:01:43 PM

Thanks to a recent government grant, we're very excited to work with a heritage professional to review our Shire's Heritage Framework.

As key stakeholders in the cultural and heritage value of the Shire, your engagement in this heritage project will provide invaluable local knowledge and information. We’d love to hear from you!

To kick off of the Project, the Shire, together with the appointed consultant, Laura Gray of Heritage Intelligence, will be holding two Community Information Sessions:

- Wednesday 17 August 2022, 6pm - 7pm, Donnybrook Council Chambers

- Thursday 18 August 2022, 10am - 11am, Balingup Town Hall

These information sessions will provide an opportunity for members of the community to meet our consultant, as well as obtain further information about the Heritage Framework and the Review Project as a whole.

For more information on the Project and to register your interest in attending one of the Community Information Sessions, please go to our Heritage Review Project page: CLICK HERE

We look forward to seeing you there!

This project was brought to life thanks to funding awarded by the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage as part of their 2021 - 2022 Local Government Heritage Consultant Grants Program.
