The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has resolved to amend Local Planning Scheme No. 7 and invites public submissions on the proposal.

Property: Lot 384 Marshall Road, Argyle

Proposal Details: The proposed Scheme Amendment involves:

1. Reclassifying Lot 384 Marshall Road, Argyle from the ‘General Agriculture’ zone to the ‘Rural Residential’ zone and identifying it as ‘RR2’ within Schedule 2 of the Scheme;
2. Deleting ‘DIA1’ and all associated requirements for the site from Schedule 13;
3. Inserting new provisions into Schedule 2 after existing entry ‘RR1’ to facilitate future subdivision of Lot 384 into 6 lots;
4. Amending the Scheme Map to reflect these changes.

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire in writing on or before 14 August 2025. Submissions are to be emailed to planning@donnybrook.wa.gov.au or posted to Planning Submissions, PO Box 94, Donnybrook, 6239.
