The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has resolved to amend Local Planning Scheme No. 7 and invites public submissions on the proposal.
Property: Lot 384 Marshall Road, Argyle
Proposal Details: The proposed Scheme Amendment involves:
- Reclassifying Lot 384 Marshall Road, Argyle from the ‘General Agriculture’ zone to the ‘Rural Residential’ zone and identifying it as ‘RR2’ within Schedule 2 of the Scheme;
- Deleting ‘DIA1’ and all associated requirements for the site from Schedule 13;
- Inserting new provisions into Schedule 2 after existing entry ‘RR1’ to facilitate future subdivision of Lot 384 into 6 lots;
- Amending the Scheme Map to reflect these changes.
