Pursuant to section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup provides notification that it proposes to dispose of the following property:

  • Property: Lot 58 (No. 70) South Western Highway, Donnybrook
  • Name: Donnybrook Capel Districts Community Financial Services Ltd
  • Consideration: $625,000 (exc. GST)
  • Market Value: $580,000 to $625,000 (exc. GST)

Comments on the proposed disposal may be made in writing via any of the following methods, and are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Donnybrook Balingup. Submissions are due by close of business Sunday 21 December 2025.
