Cleanaway Noise Management Plan (NMP)

Cleanaway have submitted a Noise Management Plan (NMP) to the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup for consideration in accordance with the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997.

NMP’s must be prepared where waste management activities (in this case kerbside bin collection) are proposed prior to 7:00am. The NMP includes details of where these activities are proposed, and measures taken to minimise noise.

A copy of the NMP may be obtained and/or inspected on this page, or via any of the following:

  • Emailing Cleanaway via bunburyCSU@cleanaway.com.au, 
  • Visiting the Shire Administration Office at 1 Bentley Street, Donnybrook,
  • Visiting the Donnybrook Community Library on the Corner Bentley Street & Emerald Street, Donnybrook,
  • Visiting the Balingup Public Library on Jayes Road, Balingup (next to the Balingup Town Hall).

 

A copy of the NMP may be inspected at or obtained from the Shire’s Administration Office and on the Consultation page linked below. Submissions on the proposed NMP may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Donnybrook Balingup, via any of the following methods. Submissions are due by 4:00pm (AWST) on Sunday 13 October, 2024.
