DONNYBROOK: VC MITCHELL PARK CARPARK UPGRADE 

As part of the redevelopment of the site, an upgrade of the existing access and carparking areas will be undertaken. These works will commence in late October.

 

YABBERUP: JOHNSTON STREET SEALING

The upgrading of Johnston Street in Yabberup to a sealed standard will commence in mid-October.

 

UPPER CAPEL: UPPER CAPEL ROAD

Works will be undertaken near Claymore Road intersection to prepare the approaches and deck of the new bridge for sealing. These works will commence in late October.

 

SPORTS OVALS: VC MITCHELL PARK / EGAN PARK / BALINGUP OVAL

Turf renovations - vertimowing and aerating of sports ovals commencing late October.

 

ACROSS THE WHOLE SHIRE

Ongoing Winter maintenance grading throughout October.

 

Works operations typically take place from 7:00am - 5:00pm on weekdays, and will be clearly signed. We request that you follow all directional signage as required and drive safely to the road conditions when travelling near or through the designated areas. Delays are expected to be minimal.

As we transition out of Winter and look towards the warmer weather, it's important to be aware and educated on fire safety and prepare correctly. The Fire Prevention Order is sent out with your annual rates notice, and contains a range of information that you need to be aware of as a resident in the Shire.
