- Endorse the CEO Recruitment Process; and
- Issue an RFQ To Seek a Recruitment Consultant; and
- Appoint an Independent Selection Panel Member (CONFIDENTIAL); and
- Approve the Selection Criteria and Position Description in the draft CEO Employment Contract.
