The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup invites you to the Annual General Meeting of Electors (AGM). Here are the details:

• Date: Monday 3 February 2025
• Time: 6:00pm
• Place: Community Room at VC Mitchell Park (10A Marmion St) – signage will be available
• Purpose: General meeting of the electors of the district for the 2024-2025 financial year, in accordance with s.5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995

The matters to be discussed at the AGM include the 2023-2024 Annual Report, accepted by Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 18 December 2024, along with items of general business. Please note that this meeting will not be livestreamed.
