Water supply interruption in Mullalyup Water Corporation is currently installing the Greenbushes to Kirup pipeline. This will connect Mullalyup to the Warren Blackwood Regional Water Supply Scheme.
To complete this work, customers in Mullalyup will experience a temporary water supply interruption of up to 4 hours whilst we complete the remaining connection work to the pipeline.
When: 8am to 12pm, Friday 5 November 2021
Handy tips:
• If you have an electric hot water system, we recommend that you turn off its power supply.
• Fill kettles and store some drinking water in the fridge.
• Use showers or baths before the water supply is interrupted.
• Store water in buckets or other large containers to flush the toilet.
• Toilet cisterns will need to be refilled from a bucket.
• Do not use automatic dishwashers or washing machines.
• Once the work is complete, run your inside taps for a minute to remove any air that may be trapped in the pipes before turning your electric hot water system power supply back on.
