NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup advises that a Special Council Meeting will be held in the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup Council Chamber on Wednesday 25 January 2023, commencing at 3:00pm.

The purpose of the Special Council Meeting is:

Confirmation of Minutes for Meetings held in November 2022 and January 2023
Presentation of Summary of Accounts and Monthly Financial Statements (November and December 2022)
Annual Financial Statements and Audit Opinion (2021/2022)
Annual Report (2021/2022)
RFT 01/2223 - Southampton Road, Balingup - road and path upgrade (CONFIDENTIAL)
SHERP - Minninup Cottages delegated Tender Award (CONFIDENTIAL)
