On Tuesday 2 May, a Special Meeting of Council is being held at 11:30am.

The purpose of this meeting is regarding the procurement of Waste Services for the Shire as part of the South West Regional Waste Group.

This is a confidential item as per Section 5.23(2)(c) of the Local Government Act 1995, which outlines that a meeting will be closed to the public when it regards "a contract entered into, or which may be entered into, by the local government." As soon as the Agenda document is finalised, it will be uploaded to the Shire website on the Council Meeting Minutes page, linked below.
