The purpose of this meeting is regarding the procurement of Waste Services for the Shire as part of the South West Regional Waste Group.
This is a confidential item as per Section 5.23(2)(c) of the Local Government Act 1995, which outlines that a meeting will be closed to the public when it regards "a contract entered into, or which may be entered into, by the local government."
