Notice of Public Advertisement of Development Application P25035

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited:

Property: Lot 10 (2038) Donnybrook Boyup Brook Road, Lowden

Proposal Details: P25035 – Amendment to Approval P22022 to Include Sand Extraction. This proposal seeks to amend the existing approval P22022, which currently permits gravel extraction only, to also allow for the extraction of sand. Following further detailed investigations, sand deposits have been identified within the approved extraction footprint. The applicant is therefore requesting that the approval be amended to include sand extraction.

Details of the proposal are available to the public at the Shire Administration Office at 1 Bentley Street (Donnybrook) or website. Submissions may be made on these proposals in the period ending on 7 August 2025, and must be submitted in writing via any of the following methods on or before that day.
