Making a Booking
The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has partnered with SpacetoCo to create a new online booking system that will serve as a centralised platform for you to hire spaces and make bookings at our community facilities.
The system will be live on 1 July 2025 and will include both the Donnybrook and Balingup Transit Parks. All bookings will be made via SpacetoCo from the time we launch, all you need to do is make an account.
Please note that the Balingup Visitor Centre will no longer be taking bookings as of 30 June 2025, and the previous booking system for the Donnybrook Transit Park (RMS) will be unavailable while we finish preparing to go live with SpacetoCo.
Any existing and confirmed bookings will not be affected by this, however any new bookings for the Donnybrook Transit Park will temporarily need to be made via the Shire Administration Office during office hours.
Once we are live on 1 July 2025, all bookings will need to be made via the new system.
