As of February 1, 2022, the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has updated its Proof of Vaccination policy for the Donnybrook Recreation Centre, per latest government directives:
The Donnybrook Recreation Centre requires proof of vaccination (or proof of exemption) for all patrons/contractors/visitors of the GYM and GROUP FITNESS CLASSES (spin, pump, pilates, yoga, aerobics etc), 16 years and over.
Proof of vaccination is not required for use of the pool and indoor community sports; however, spectators must still adhere to social distancing and mask mandates.
How do I show proof of vaccination?
✅ ServiceWA app or Express plus Medicare mobile app (no ID required).
✅ Digital and printed copy of your COVID-19 certificate (ID required).
✅ Printed Immunisation history statement (ID required).
✅ Medical exemption (ID required).
