The Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) survey is now live, open until 4:00pm on Monday 16 October 2023!

This survey has been designed to respond to the outcomes of the DAIP through the form of quantitative information. Qualitative data will be better captured in a one-on-one interview style approach, which is being done at the same time as this survey.

We have also arranged for physical copies of this survey to be available at the relevant locations listed below:

• Shire of Donnybrook Balingup Administration Office (1 Bentley St, Donnybrook)
• Donnybrook Community Resource Centre (Old Station Master's House on SW Highway, Donnybrook)
• Donnybrook Community Library (Cnr Bentley St & Emerald St, Donnybrook)
• Donnybrook Recreation Centre (15/17 Steere St, Donnybrook)
• Balingup Community Library (next to the Balingup Town Hall on Jayes Rd, Balingup)
