On Wednesday 30 August 2023, a Special Meeting of Council (Commissioner) is being held at 5:00pm at the Donnybrook Council Chamber (1 Bentley Street, Donnybrook).
Meeting Purpose:
- Presentation of the VC Mitchell Park Project for consideration to move from Hold Point 2 to Hold Point 3
- Adoption of the Annual 2023/2024 Statutory Budget, including Schedule of Fees and Charges, and Rate Setting
- Consideration of Development Application P22022: Extractive Industry (Gravel) at Lot 10 Donnybrook-Boyup Brook Road, Yabberup
- CONFIDENTIAL ITEM: RFT 04 - 2223, Langley Villas Refurbishment Works
