The Shire has prepared a draft Local Planning Strategy to guide how our community will grow and develop over the next 15 years. The draft Strategy aims to reflect the community’s vision for the future, as expressed in the Shire’s Strategic Community Plan 2032.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF LAND TRANSFER – EXEMPT LAND TRANSACTION

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup provides public notification that it is transferring ownership of Lot 142 (8) Bridge Street, Donnybrook, to Bunbury Housing Association Inc (trading as Alliance Housing WA). The terms of the land transaction are as follows:

Purpose: Development and operation of affordable housing (up to 12 independent living units).

Valuation: $300,000 (as at December 2019).

Date: Settlement to take effect in April 2023.
