Section 18 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 (As Amended)
Due to seasonal conditions, and in consultation with the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 18 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 (as amended), the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has extended its Restricted Burning Period until midnight 10 May 2024. Further variations to this date may apply dependent on weather conditions.
