The Property Management Framework (PMF) is a newly developed framework that will ensure that the Shire is meeting the demands and needs of the community, and is supported by a policy that contains the overarching objectives. The PMF will provide a classification for tenants, along with an equitable methodology for calculating annual lease and licence fees.

Existing tenants will be required to move over to the new Framework to ensure consistency and equity between all leases. Tenants will not be able to take advantage of the rent subsidy offered unless they are categorised under this Framework.

However, existing Commercial leases are not required to change until such time as their agreements expire. Once expired, they will transition to the new Framework.
