Public Notice regarding the FOGO Facility

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup would like to advise residents that due to a fire at the Banksia Road FOGO facility this morning, there will be a temporary redirection of this week's FOGO waste to landfill.

Collections will run as normal however they are unable to be deposited at the FOGO facility until further notice. We are hopeful the facility will be back to processing next week and will keep you updated as more information comes to hand. We apologise for any inconvenience.

On 25 January 2024, the Shire shared that FOGO (Food Organics Garden Organics) processing has returned to business-as-usual.

Don't forget that you can call Cleanaway direct via (08) 9724 7905 to ask about your bin services! If you need a replacement bin or new service, reach out to the Shire Administration Office for assistance.
