With extreme fire weather forecasted in our area, DFES WA has sent career staff & resources to the district to provide support if an emergency were to occur.

If you see the career staff and trucks in the area, do not be alarmed - they are here to provide support IF an emergency were to occur. 

To stay up to date, make sure you regularly check the following websites for current information:

• Emergency WA - for all current emergency warnings, total fire bans, etc.
• DFES WA - for education and information on all things fire and emergency related. Alternatively, call the DFES WA Total Fire Ban Hotline on 1800 709 355 for advice.
• Our Latest News/Notices - check if we have announced a Harvest & Vehicle Movement Ban, or see other information for heatwave advice and notices on our Facebook page here: @shireofdonnybrookbalingup.
• The Donnybrook Community Library will be closed alongside Donnybrook High School on 20 February 2024 - an update will be shared as soon as possible.
