The Shire has received a development application for an Extractive Industry (Gravel) at Lots 10, 2061, 3671, 2064 (2038) Donnybrook Brook Boyup Brook Road, Yabberup.

Should you wish to make a submission on the proposal, please complete and return the below submission form by email, post or in person at the Shire offices.

Submissions were initially due on Friday, 10th June 2022 as per the standard 14 day public referral period. However, following several requests to extend this timeframe, the Shire understands that many community members require additional time to consider the details of the application, therefore, the submission timeframe has been extended.

Should you wish to make a submission, please do so by 4pm, Friday 24th June 2022.
