NOTICE OF PROPOSED ROAD RESERVE CLOSURE

The Shire has received a request to close a portion of unconstructed road reserve for the purposes of private acquisition by an adjoining landowner and subsequent amalgamation with their property.

The road reserve is historically known as Daronchs Road, Balingup, and is depicted on plan available below.

Plan Location

Pursuant to Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, the proposed road closure is hereby advertised for public comment.

Should you wish to make a submission on the proposed closure please complete and return submission form by email, post or in person at the Shire Office’s no later than Friday 23 December 2022.
