Former Shire President Stephen Dilley has sadly passed away.

Mr Dilley was on the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup Council from 7 May 2005 to 21 October 2017, and was the Shire President for eight years between 24 October 2007 to 20 October 2015.

Mr Dilley was a team player, committed to working with the Council to achieve goals that would only benefit the Donnybrook Balingup community. He was proud to have contributed to building the strong reputation the Shire at the time had as one of the best rural lifestyle shires in the South West.

The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup offers its sincerest condolences to his loving wife, family, and friends.
