CALL FOR COMMENT

The Shire has prepared a draft Local Planning Strategy to guide how our community will grow and develop over the next 15 years. The draft Strategy aims to reflect the community’s vision for the future, as expressed in the Shire’s Strategic Community Plan 2032.

EXTENSION OF PROHIBITED BURING PERIOD

In accordance with sections 17 (10) and 17 (7) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, notice is given that the prohibited burning period for the whole of The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has been extended until midnight 14th April 2022. This decision will be reviewed at that date having regard to seasonal conditions
