As Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that keeps things running smoothly. Whether it’s answering questions, helping to solve problems, or pointing people in the right direction, our Customer Service Officers are the go-to people for creating a positive experience. With a mix of patience, professionalism, and a knack for clear communication, these key individuals turn everyday interactions into moments of great service – because a little help can make a big difference.

This role is also responsible for the coordination of operations at the Donnybrook Transit Park, providing administrative assistance to the Financial Services department, supervising a Customer Service Officer, processing incoming payments, and much more.

Whilst this is a full-time permanent position at 76 hours per fortnight, the successful applicant will still be able to enjoy a balanced lifestyle. Benefits of the role include a Rostered Day Off (RDO), free gym membership, and access to the Shire’s wellbeing program.
