If you’re ready to play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and collaborative workplace, this could be your opportunity! The Shire of Donnybrook Balingup is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to support our team and drive a culture of fairness, wellbeing, and growth.

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of all things HR – from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and staff development. You’ll support managers and staff alike, ensure compliance with industrial legislation, and contribute to a healthy and thriving organisation.

This full-time role comes with great benefits, including a rostered day off (RDO), wellbeing program, gym membership, and access to professional development opportunities. We’re looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in HR (or relevant experience), strong knowledge of industrial relations, and excellent communication skills. Local Government experience is valued but not essential.
