As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of all things HR – from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and staff development. You’ll support managers and staff alike, ensure compliance with industrial legislation, and contribute to a healthy and thriving organisation.

We’re looking for someone with tertiary qualifications in HR (or relevant experience), strong knowledge of industrial relations, and excellent communication skills. Local Government experience is valued but not essential.
