In accordance with the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup Corporate Business Plan (2017-2022), the Shire is reviewing the provision of its varied Aged Care Services.

Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified community members to volunteer as Community Representatives on an Aged Care Services Community Reference Group.

The purpose of this group is to ensure the Shire obtains direct input from the Community on the Terms of Reference for the review, the selection of a suitable consultant and oversight of the preparation of reports and any recommendations to Council.

  • Knowledge and/or experience to represent the community on matters relating to ageing, aged care service provision and community health.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in finance, business, community leadership, or governance.
  • Capability and capacity to provide constructive input into the review process.
  • Lack of conflict of interest or perceived conflict of interest that could bring into question the ability to impartially perform the objectives of the Aged Care Services Community Reference Group.
