Donnybrook Amphitheatre and the Preston River Loop Walk Trail is a much loved and well-used community assets.

With support from the South West Development Commission, the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup has recently completed a further extension of the sealed accessible pathway which adjoins the river bank foreshore. The new path links the Amphitheatre parking area and toilet block north to the suspension bridge. In addition, a section south of the Amphitheatre car park has also been sealed.

Shire of Donnybrook Balingup Chief Executive Officer, Ben Rose commented that “the Shire is delighted with the results. The newly-constructed pathway increases accessibility to the area making it easier for more people to enjoy the Amphitheatre and the Preston River foreshore.”
