An opportunity exists for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join the Shire of Donnybrook/Balingup’s Administration Team as a Customer Service Officer.
In this role you will be required to undertake a range of office duties including telephone enquiries, cashier work, transport licencing and customer service.
It is essential that the successful applicant is highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a front-line customer service position would be highly desirable.
It is also expected that the successful applicant will have the capacity to work extra hours to cover annual leave periods throughout the year.
Conditions of employment will be in accordance with the Local Government Officer’s (WA) Award level 1 - 2 up to $36467 per annum ($18.4549 per hour) which includes Council’s current over-award payment.
