A. You will need to lodge an application with the Builders Registration Board. Application forms are available from www.builders.wa.gov.au or hard copies are available from the Shire Office. Please note, an Owner/Builder Registration is NOT a Building Licence. An Owner/Builder Registration is required for residential works over $20,000. Swimming pools and rural sheds are exempt from the requirement.
